Filinnvest Land dominates FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Awards 2025 with back-to-back Developer of the Year wins
Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) swept 11 awards across key development categories—securing back-to-back Developer of the Year honors at the FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards.
This recognition solidifies FLI’s position as a leading real estate developer, celebrated for both business performance and community contributions nationwide.
FLI captured gold in multiple categories: Residential Low-Rise Development for Hampton Orchards in Pampanga, Residential Mid-Rise Development for Futura One in Dagupan, Industrial Development in North Luzon for Filinvest Innovation Park New Clark City, and Industrial Development for Filinvest Innovation Park Ciudad de Calamba.
Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT) earned four awards: silver for Vector Three (Office Development), silver for Axis Tower Two (Sustainable Development), and gold for both Axis Tower Two (Office Development) and Vector Three (Sustainable Development).
Filinvest Alabang Inc. (FAI) secured gold awards for Filinvest City (Master Plan Category) and Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel (Specialized Project Category).
